UN Special Rapporteur to deliver keynote at Human Security Forum in Toronto

Prof. Vitit Muntarbhorn, UN Special Rapporteur on human rights in North Korea, will deliver the keynote address at the Human Security Forum hosted by the Council for Human Rights in North Korea (“HRNK Canada”):

Time: Friday, June 4^th, 7:30PM

Place: Yorkland Hotel, 185 Yorkland Blvd., North York (Hwy 404/Sheppard Ave. E.)

Two (2) presentations, also open to media, will be followed by:

- Dr. Norbert Vollertsen, German doctor and International Human Rights Activist, on what he eye-witnessed in North Korea during 1999-2000 and

- Mr. David Hawk, author of “the Hidden Gulag,” on what’s happening in the prison camps called kwan-li-so in North Korea.
